SYTOSOFT CORPORATION aims to provide a stable and reliable website.  However, there may be times when ClaimYourStar Servers or other games and services are unavailable due to maintenance of the system or technical problems.  SYTOSOFT CORPORATION may also suspend or permanently remove any Online Server, or other game or service for any reason without needing your consent or giving prior notice.  SYTOSOFT CORPORATION will not be liable for any loss, damage or upset that you suffer as a consequence of ClaimYourStar Software, Server, or other game or service becoming temporarily or permanently unavailable.

11. Electronic media uploaded through the ClaimYourStar service must follow our content policy and guidelines, detailed below. If SYTOSOFT CORPORATION determines that the content of an item is prohibited, we may summarily remove or alter it without returning any fees incurred. SYTOSOFT CORPORATION reserves the right to make judgments about whether or not content is appropriate.

  • You will not send or otherwise post unauthorized commercial communications (such as spam) on ClaimYourStar.com or the downloadable multi-user ClaimYourStar software.
